Pumpkin Seed Roasting!

After carving my pumpkins this year, I roasted the slimy seeds!

Rinse well in colander.  Lay flat on cookie sheet or wax paper overnight to dry.

The next day:
Melt about 2Tbs. butter or margarine
add to seeds while in bowl.  Stir.
Sprinkle with salt and seasoning salt.

Lay flat on cookie sheet.  Season more if desired.  Cook for 45 mins at 300degrees.


and yum yum fresh out of the oven is the best!
